A wireless power receiver device including having a planar stratum having one or more electromagnetic power receiver conductive open loops, the one or more loops being located on one side of the stratum and nested in one another, and one or more electromagnetic power reflective conductive closed loops being located on the other side of the stratum and nested in one another, each of the one or more closed loops forming a pair with a co-extending corresponding one or more open loops.
