Talent Development Executive

Job Objective :  To plan, organise and implement talent programs and activities of Talent Development Department (TD) across nationwide regions. Responsible to coordinate and deliver internal and external programs undertaken by Talent Department. To act as the project lead for the department’s selected programs and activities.

Liaise with parties such as industry partners, universities and secondary school representatives to  meet specific deliverables, performance  and/or business objectives. This position is also expected to perform daily administrative and operational support to  Talents Department’s daily operations.

Basic Requirements :

  1. Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification.  

  2. Candidate possessing relevant working experience in Talent Development/Training/Event Management will have an added advantage. 
  3. Must be willing to travel outstation and work during weekends/outside of normal working hours.
  4. Mature, independent and resourceful.
  5. Strong attention to details and excellent follow-up.
  6. Strong communication and people’s skills.
  7. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows.
